NAPCO employs over 180 people ranging from jackaroos and jillaroos to station and camp cooks, borepersons, stud overseers, book keepers, pilots, head stockpersons, mechanics, overseers and station managers.

Certain qualities are required in people living on NAPCO properties. We look for staff who are self-reliant, resourceful, practical, versatile, adaptable, capable and have the ability to get on well with a bunch of different personality types in a rural community.
