NAPCO currently operates fourteen cattle stations across Queensland and the Northern Territory covering over six million hectares as well as the award winning Wainui Feedlot and Farm on the Darling Downs.

Each station has an important part to play in the company's operations. The process begins on the breeding stations, where the Company's elite breeder herds produce calves. At approximately eight months of age, they are weaned and transferred to the grower stations, primarily in Queensland's Channel Country. From here they are sold as grassfed cattle, sent to backgrounding properties, or directly to the Wainui Feedlot on the Darling Downs for grain finishing.
